CMVM Admin application is designed to simplify salary management. The mobile app is used by office staff only to create payment requests. No personal or banking details are collected or stored within the mobile app.

Mobile App (Office Staff): The mobile app does not collect or store personal or banking details. It is only used by office staff to create and submit salary payment requests.

• To process salary payments efficiently and securely.
• To allow office staff to submit payment requests via mobile.
• To allow administrators to view, approve, and generate payment files for the bank.

• With Banks: Payment request files may be uploaded to the bank system for salary processing.
• With Authorized Staff: Limited access is granted only to office staff and administrators.
• No Unauthorized Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your information with third parties.

• Personal and financial details are stored only in the secured web platform.
• Mobile app requests are processed securely without storing employee data on the device.

• Employee and payment records are retained only as long as necessary for legal, financial, and audit purposes.
• Payment request logs from the mobile app are temporary and do not include sensitive details.

• Employees and authorized staff may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information stored on the web platform, subject to legal and operational requirements.

The system do not integrate with bank services for salary transfer. These external services may have their own privacy practices.
